What Our Warranty Covers
- Any workmanship issues related to the installation process.
- Structural integrity issues that arise from improper installation.
- We cover separation cracks for 1 year (if 1/4 in thick). We replace that panel of concrete with a 1 year warranty.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Standard wear and tear, including cracking, fading, or minor surface damage over time.
- Damages caused by natural disasters, heavy equipment, chemicals, or improper maintenance.
- Issues from external factors like soil shifting, settling, or frost heaving.

Cracks are natural surface blemishes that do not affect the functionality or strength of your slab, so they are not covered under our warranty. However, actual breaks, like structural failures that compromise the slab’s integrity, are covered for one year.
